Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lily & Grace Cleaning Service. By booking our services, visiting our website, or interacting with us in any way, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Service Agreement

When you book a cleaning service with Lily & Grace Cleaning Service, you agree to allow our team access to your property at the scheduled time and to provide a safe and respectful working environment. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions are unsafe or violate our policies.


2. Appointments and Access

Clients must ensure that cleaners have access to the property at the agreed time. If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation fee may apply. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment without penalty.


3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling is allowed free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • No-shows or last-minute lockouts will result in a fee equivalent to the full service amount.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service and we will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.


5. Payments

  • Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept [insert payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, online transfers, etc.].
  • Invoices not paid within [insert number] days may incur late fees.

6. Damage and Liability

While our team takes great care when cleaning, accidents can occasionally happen. If something is damaged during service, we will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace the item. However, Lily & Grace Cleaning Service is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Items of high value not disclosed in writing
  • Natural wear and tear or improper installation of items

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Secure pets (if necessary) during the service
  • Provide clear access to areas that need to be cleaned
  • Notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or product preferences in advance

8. Supplies and Equipment

We bring our own eco-friendly cleaning products and tools. If you’d prefer we use your products, please let us know beforehand. Lily & Grace Cleaning Service is not responsible for any damage caused by client-provided products.


9. Website Use

All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Lily & Grace Cleaning Service and may not be copied or reused without written permission.


10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and effective immediately.
